Marking Out in the Morning (Ep 12, 8/18/15) (Part 2: Everything Else)
We'll be here every morning to provide you with the latest news, rumors and results from the world of professional wrestling. That includes all things WWE (Raw, SmackDown, NXT, Tough Enough, Total Divas, the Network), TNA, GFW, ROH and the Indys. Live, Monday through Friday, beginning at 10 a.m. EST. Co-hosts and featured guests will vary, especially early on, but you will always get a well-rounded take on all newsworthy items relevant to the IWC. I am joined today by Des Moines-based 3XW Wrestling trainee Brandon "Flawless" Wallace, William Morgan of The Wrestling Call In Show, and our friend from across the ocean, Hallmark. After I give a quick Raw Review in about 50 seconds (Spoiler Alert!), we discuss the following: Jon Stewart will be the host of SummerSlam, the decline in SmackDown (aka "Diet Raw") ratings (do we even need a show like SmackDown?), will The Rock and/or The Outsiders make an appearance at SummerSlam?, Amanda from Tough Enough comes up several times (and we make our picks for tonight's episode), we preview Total Divas and talk about Eva Marie's training with THE Brian Kendrick, and we discuss our #FavoriteSummerSlamMatch choices. My second grade nephew calls in to give his SummerSlam 2015 predictions. The shows ends with a pre-recorded segment in which The Audacity talks to his roommate about a couple of their favorite SummerSlam matches.
