We are moved by many things. Our passion for sports or music means that we won't stop talking about our favorite teams and our favorite bands. We are known for what moves us. In Mark 8 Jesus is moved with compassion for a group of Gentiles, who are not God's covenant people. This sermon explores how we should respond to our friends and neighbors in light of Jesus compassion towards those who seem far off from God.
