We believe that the principles of the Bible should guide all of our actions including voting. Two principles to keep in mind 1) Romans 13:1: "Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established". God ordains who rules. Whatever happens in the upcoming election is part of God's providence. Whoever wins, as Christians, we need to respect the office and pray for our leaders. 2) “As go marriages so go families; as go families so go churches; as go churches so go communities; as go communities so go states; as go states so go nations; as go nations so go entire civilizations.” (Gary J. Oliver, Ph.D.) Healthy, vibrant marriages & families are vital to the well-being of our nation.
