The role of a wife in marriage is defined by many things in scripture. But we focus on one term that comes to the forefront: Submission. It's a difficult word for us in western culture. Unfortunately the term has been misunderstood due to a lack of biblical understanding. A submissive wife is one that loves and respects her husband as they pursue the mission God has ordained for their lives both in and out of the church.
