Welcome back to another episode of MVSM!

I have a story to tell about my fear and failure in my weight loss journey, truth be told we all have a story to tell. What's yours? I know I know life is...Good, every little thing is going to be alright (at least that's the outside version) right?

Ever heard the saying " FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION"? I call BS! Failure is always an option and it takes on multiple faces, shapes, and versions ( especially when we make excuses and quit the wrong things because it's tough).

I have failed, I am failing, and I will fail in the future. So What! When my intentions are to succeed and my motivations are pure failing is not the end. Remember the past is a professor!

So, how do we face these fears and these failures, THAT is exactly what is baked into this weeks episode. Get in here already :)
