Today Larry and I discuss his latest health journey being borderline type 2 diebetes and how this has effected our lives. We also have an interview with James Cook known on TikTok as Walking Trucker you can follow him at @freightdaddy. James shares his journey of getting healthy, dealing with type 2 diebetes, and getting his life back.

Our latest podcast episode is up, and today we had an interview with Matt Neff. Matt shared a scary story of road rage that happened to him this week, and thankfully it ended with no one getting hurt or worse killed.

We also discuss how the incidents of road rage against truckers has been increasing over the last few years. Sometimes it is trucker againest trucker, but often time it is four wheelers against truckers. We also discuss ways to help control our tempers and possibly diffuse those road rage incidents.

Then we discuss how our week has been going, truck in the shop yet again lol. Lastly, we share out our NEW 501 (3c) charity 32 Truckers A Day, that I am so proud to be one of the founders of.
