Step 11 is having “sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out”.
As a married and alone spouse, you have grown a lot as you have gone through these steps. You've already met God back in Step 3 and in the time since then, hopefully the two of you have become friends. In Step 11, God becomes the focus once more.
This step is about maintaining your relationship with God. God not only got you through your spouse's intimacy anorexia and the pain from it, He wants to continue to walk with you on your journey. To do that, your relationship needs prayer (talking to God and sharing the things on your mind and heart) and meditation (listening to what He's saying and being still before Him).
The second part is asking for His will for you for your life and the power to carry it out. It may not be easy, but He will help you do it.
Have the disposition that you are His child, that you are not the boss, that He knows what's best for you. God is good and if you allow Him to lead you, it will change the areas of your life for the better.
