The Christian Wellbeing Show

Married & Meatless!

Listen Later

This week on The Christian Wellbeing Show, hosts Michelle and Stuart discuss their journey towards a plant-based diet and how it has impacted their married life.

They share how transitioning from processed and white-flour products to whole grains initially changed their diet, eventually leading to giving up meat. The conversation explores the health benefits and ethical considerations behind their diet choices, touching on thyroid health, animal welfare, and biblical insights.

They also debunk common myths about plant-based diets lacking protein and variety and highlight top athletes who thrive as vegetarians or vegans. Throughout, they emphasize how their diet has contributed to their overall energy and wellbeing, and the episode encourages others to step into dietary changes that can improve their health.
