The way Paul has lived his life models for us how we can and should be Salt and Light to the world around us. 

The Gospel continues to spread at every level – including the halls and hills of power and intellect. While some may seem intimidating to share the gospel with, we must remember that the testimony of Christ can and will stand against any opposition. As the Gospel continues to move beyond the borders of the primarly Jewish world, the process of it going to "the ends of the earth" begins. The progression from what was thought to be a new sect of Judaism to "Christian" is an incredible story that reminds us nobody is out of Christ's reach, exempt from His offer of redemption, or the hope of being rebranded into something new...

57% of all Gen X have the career ambition of becoming a social media influencer. There is a longing that people have to feel important, seen, and contributing to society. But so many of them are profiting off of their position -- seeking money and attention rather than influence. The power of God does not work this way and is not for sale.

As the Church continues to grow, it also continues to face opposition. Following an event of inner disunity, the apostle now find themselves facing persecution from outside the Way again. the wise words of one of their opposition should be an encouragement for us to "obey God rahter than man" no matter the persecution.

With the Helper empowering them, the early Church begins to do great things: Peter stands and delivers and incredible sermon that brings 3,000 people to salvation in Christ and miraculous healings are taking place. One healing leads to the arrest of Peter and John. While they didn't go looking for trouble, it found them. How they respond leads to even more growth for the Church and a model for how we should be stewarding our influence.

In this new and final series of the "Year of Public Faith", we look into the Acts of the Apostles to see what it looks like to take the gospel out into the world faithfully. It all starts with stewarding what you've been given well.
