Parenting is discipleship. The opportunity to raise a child from an infant – completely dependent on you – to an adult who is completely dependent on God. Our goal is to show them the way of the Lord and teach them to walk in His ways on their own. With so many profiles, posts, podcasts, and experts on parenting, how do we raise children the way they should go?

The Church is the ideal model for the wife in the marital relationship; the way the Church is called to submit to Christ is how the wife serves her husband as an equal. So, what does scripture tell us about being a Church-like wife?

Christ is the perfect model for the husband in the marital relationships; the way Christ loves the church is the way a husband is commanded to love his wife. Sow what does Scripture tell us about being a Christ-like husband?

"There is a temptation to think of the Gospel as the first step of being a believer, "Christian Pre-K", and everything else moves beyond that. But true maturity as a Jesus-follower means going deeper into the Gospel again and again and again. the same principles that make an infant grow to a toddler to an adult apply to us spiritually as well. We cannot graduate beyond the groundwork -- we must set ourselves deeper in it to grow in Christ."

While some may seem intimidating to share the gospel with, we must remember that the testimony of Christ can and will stand against any opposition.
