Detective Sean Thompson is back and this time he is unfortunately played by a lackluster Jeff Wincott. Billy Drago appears as a maybe or maybe not villain. But hey! At least it underuses the talented Cynthia Rothrock, has waterboarding via booze, and an adult karate class!
