Martin Chulov: Effects of Syria strikes unknown

It's unknown whether missile strikes in Syria will prevent or evoke the use of chemical weapons in future.
The UK, US and France carried out the attacks on three sites, following a suspected poison gas attack in Douma.
Guardian Middle East correspondent Martin Chulov told Mike Hosking questions remain over whether Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is stockpiling chemical weapons elsewhere.
"Is it going to be a warning to his allies, Russia and Iran, that there are red lines, that there are limits, that there are global norms that do need to be enforced, or is the fact the strike has been so limited going to continue to license impunity."
