The great reformer and theologian Martin Luther lived through the Bubonic Plague, Black Death, and later wrote about how Christians should respond to such a challenge. His Christian worldview is instructive, emphasizing faith not fear, learning and reason, then responsible decision making and actions regarding healthcare, and trust in the Sovereign God.
