Martina Sykes is a native of St. Petersburg, Fl graduated from Gibbs PCCA High School and received her Bachelors in Public Relations from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). She is currently touring as Shenzi the Hyena in THE LION KING. Her favorite credits include: MOTOWN THE MUSICAL (Broadway and 1st National Tour), RENT (regional), RAINDOGS (US premier) and recording with Tituss Burgess from Broadways THE LITTLE MERMAID and Netflix’s THE UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT.
