Episode Title: "Why Slow Back of the Pack Runners Deserve Your Respect"

  • What is the stereotype of slow /back of the pack runners
  • If you do these things, you are an athlete regardless of your pace.
  • You are what you believe, if you want to be treated like an athlete you have to know you are one.
  • About Martinus Evans

Martinus Evans is an expert in slow, back of the pack runners whose accomplishments include:

    • College athlete
  • 300-lbs football player turned runner
  • Was told he couldn't be a runner by a doctor due to his weight - and that's when he started running to prove him wrong
  • A car accident set him back and he wasn't able to run, and that changes his approach to running in that he just wanted to run.
