Sunday, September 9th 2019, the 23rd Sunday in Ordinary Time. A special Mass was held at Canada's National Shrine to the North American Martyrs presided by Fr. Michael Knox, SJ, Director of Martyrs' Shrine where the statue of Our Lady of Sorrows was unveilled and blessed inside the Church of St. Joseph.

Pilgrims were invited to receive the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick at Martyrs' Shrine during a special Mass held Wednesday, August 22nd 2019.

This special recording of the Mass celebrated at Martyrs' Shrine on the Feast Day of St. Ignatius Loyola, was presided by Fr. Erik Oland, SJ provincial of the Jesuits of Canada, and concelebrated by Fr. Michael Knox, SJ, Director of Martyrs' Shrine. They were accompanied by visiting Jesuits, as well as the pilgrims who journeyed to the National Shrine on this day to join in the 12 noon Mass.
