On Butterflies of Wisdom today, Best-Selling Author, Win C and JC welcomes Mary Davisson. Mary is a CEO of WOW Enterprise, WOW Ministries, and Y not U publishing company who happens to sing. She is also a two-time published author, public, retreat, keynote, and conference speaker. Mary is actively involved in her community and her local church. Two times a year, she coordinates a quintessential ladies’ tea, and she has a favorite article in Grace Magazine called “It’s Tea Time.” She has been an innovator, speaker, singer and writer most of her life and an entrepreneur since she was in her teens. Mary is also known in the marketplace and in the non-profit arenas as a “cutting edge” trainer, collaborator, teacher, facilitator, qualified strategist, accomplished manager and financial advisor. She possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in General Studies and Business Administration; graduating with High Honors. She recently completed another degree, thereby, earning a Master of Arts degree with a centralization in Leadership, again, finishing with High Honors in the top percentile of her class. More, Mary has a strong accounting background, whereby she has fashioned curriculums for non-profits classrooms, for-profit staff training, and she has created a “bullying” pamphlet for pre-teens and teens. Also, her skills include operational management, systems analyzation and she is a keen culture evaluator. She says she is an expert in life, leadership and in the classroom because she tries to create an environment whereby students (especially women and leaders) want to grow, change when necessary and be life-long learners. In 2014 she taught a class that was filled and because of the overwhelming response to the level, she received the coveted Facilitator Volunteer of the Year Award. Additionally, she is an empowering mentor and coaching leader who has several years of persuading leaders, executives, companies, ministers, staff and those living everyday normal lives to not wear negative labels that others try to place on them. Further, she encourages people, to be “forward thinkers,” take risks and to think outside of the boxes that they are in currently. As they say, “her leadership model has a track record that speaks for itself.” She believes she has been called, christened, and commissioned to the markets, ministry and to missions--- to educate, edify, engage, empower, electrify, enhance, enlarge and to encourage others.
