It took severe anxiety and getting laid off for Mary to finally rethink her career and to start to figure out what makes her tick and gets her excited. I love how she talks about how slow the journey has been. It doesn't happen overnight. It takes time to think about it, to start, to experiment, to tweak. It takes time. Mary is learning to be accepting of this time and to be accepting of herself. She no longer has severe anxiety and is flourishing in her career.
