Owning a Guest House is a busy profession, usually, but in COVID it all stopped. The problem is that fixed costs stayed the same, and no income. The husband being a horticulturalists also meant no income. Nothing was happening. It was a really tough time and required real lateral thinking.

The guest house is a lovely, large period style home with about 7 rooms. A really interesting set of pets, 2 small dogs, a couple of cats, a parrot and some reptiles, all very well ordered and well looked after and GREAT COOKING.
