The gift Jesus gave Mary Magdalene was to free her from seven tormenting demons, restoring her completely. From that point on, she believed who he claimed to be and followed him. She was at the crucifixion the day he died and the first to see the empty tomb. She was also the first to see and speak with the resurrected Jesus.

Jesus offers all of us a similar gift -- the gift to free us from sin through forgiveness and grace. Are you ready to accept that gift?
