“I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working in the DC area. I see adults that are working through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and transitions. I utilize mindfulness, somatic (connection to the mind-body and spirit), relational, emotionally-focused, and psychodynamic approaches as well as my weirdness, humor, dark humor, my ADHD brain as therapeutic modalities and tools. A fun fact is that I knew what I wanted to do at a very early age and have felt that this is my true purpose and passion.“
