• understand who a good fit for you is and realize that you may be a good fit for them, the person that you are connecting with.
• The LinkedIn description is important. many coaches teach people how to build their description and everybody sounds the same- cookie-cutter, always show up authentically
• above the fold, an old term but still applies. the top things you want people to see should be posted before a person has to scroll and look for it
