Baltimore Part 2 takes us to the year 2000. A very charismatic man who only spent TEN months of his adult life living a "normal" life out of prison, mental institutes or probation.  Ten months would be all he needed to torment the lives of so many women and only receive multiple slaps on the wrist for it; until one woman stood her ground and set him off on a RAMPAGE.
