MDOT MTA recently remodel the Reduced Fare Certification Office on 6 St. Paul Street to provide a more spacious location for customers. The new office is a pleasant environment to help seniors and folks with a medical disability apply for reduce fare. Maryland Transit Times Ken Berger visited the new facility and had a chance to sit down with the Director of Fare Collection Systems & Services Tom Randall and Reduce Fare Supervisor Darlene Young to talk about the new office.
