This morning, I tackled a challenging hill repeat workout on Mt. Douglas in Victoria, BC. After setting up my music and adjusting the volume, I started running up a steep hill. My heart rate quickly climbed from around 70 to 133 BPM, pushing me into zone three for a tough workout. After a combination of running and hiking, I eventually reached the top of the hill, touching my usual post before heading back down. On the way down, I filmed the run and planned to upload the video before heading to work. Despite technical issues with my camera, I managed to capture most of the route and concluded my exercise by running back up the hill. The full camera footage from this outing in low resolution.
