I don't know if its a defense mechanism or a coping mechanism but we all wear mask  or have at some point in our lives. I just figured it was the perfect time to talk about the figurative or metaphorical masks and not just the physical ones we're all wearing these days. I have a long way to go myself but I'm taking my mask off piece by piece maybe you'll think about doing the same after this one....
