Continuing with this week's theme on communication, Masked Man #91 is the Green Flag. This young man shares his story reflecting on his last relationship and how his actions, or lack of actions, led to their separation. I appreciate this conversation because we go into how much we hurt others when we don't communicate. 

In this episode we talk about how we might default to let men lead in a relationship, but then when does the woman ever get a chance to practice being in the driver's seat?
