TOO LATE TO CRY

You don't know I'm masking a troubled soul

God only knows what went wrong

Now it's too late for what you could have done or said

My funeral is held today under the swaying oak tree

It's too late

I keep crying without a reason

I can't move

I just lay in my bed

Waiting for sleep to catch me again

Mental health recovery is a lifelong journey

There will be setbacks on the way

And you can't 'snap out' of it

Mental health is equally important as physical health

I can't smile

I don't feel happy

Everything seems wrong

And I'm miserable

I can't go out of the house

I love to live

I will seek medical help

From a psychiatrist

And get back on my feet

And come back again all bulk up

Stronger than before
