Jeff Slakey talked with Shelton Schools Superintendent Wyeth Jessee this week after the changes in masking requirements were updated from Governor Inslee. Masking in schools and on busses will become optional when the kids are back at school starting March 14. This follows the lifting of mask requirements across the state on March 12. Masks may still be worn and Superintendent Jessee is committed to keeping the kids and staff who choose to remain in masks free from ridicule or intimidation.
