A victim of misdiagnosis, Lauren shares her experiences being misdiagnosed with Bipolar Type II in her late 20s and finally getting diagnosed as an adult in her late 30s with ADHD and Level 1 Autism. Lauren talks about what it's like discovering that you're on the spectrum as an adult and how that has changed her life for the better. Through this podcast Lauren hopes to create a community for the neurodivergent where they can learn how to thrive and succeed in a neurotypical world.
