Mason is a graduate of Northwood University where he completed his Bachelor's Degree and MBA, and now the Co-Founder of Motiv. Mason grew up with a passion for sports and the work ethic he developed led him towards a business oriented career path. Once Mason's athletic career came to an end, he took that same passion and found it within the business field. Studying business and getting his degrees seemed like the logical decision and there was no looking back. Fast forward to today and Mason's passion is his company Motiv. Motiv is a hiring platform that matches candidates with tailored job opportunities, simplifies the application process, and provides real-time updates on their application status. Motiv was born out of the frustrations that Mason faced when looking for a job after graduating. Because of these frustrating experiences, Mason and his business partner set out to find a solution - thus the birth of Motiv. While Motiv is still in it's early stages, Mason and the team at Motiv have been hard at work to create a great "love" experience for candidates and employers when it comes to finding and hiring for jobs. Whether it was this conversation or ones off the podcast, I can tell just how passionate Mason is about Motiv and all the work that they are doing.
