Though still a young man, Chad Wilson spent 15 years of his life in and out of the criminal justice system. During his time in prison, Chad autonomously educated himself in a myriad of subjects, and worked closely with the Milwaukee Fatherhood Initiative.

Resilience has played a major role in Chad’s life, allowing him to stay focused on continually improving all areas of his life, fatherhood being the most important to him.
