In 2015, after Annie Dookhan and Sonja Farak were caught and punished for their crimes, the Massachusetts Attorney General's office had secret investigations into the Hinton and Amherst Labs. As part of this investigation, the AG's office interviewed chemists from both the Hinton and Amherst labs about their manufacture of drug standards and other nefarious practices performed by state employees.

In this episode we focused on the first half of the interview with former Amherst chemist Rebecka Pontes who has PLENTY to say about the practices at the Amherst Lab. Much of what she says contradicts official state findings and puts into question every test performed at the Amherst Lab.
