Tech giants are facing up to 10 million dollars in fines this morning with claims Facebook, Google, Telegram and WhatsApp are failing to act on terrorism, child abuse material and violent extremism on their platforms. The e-Safety commissioner has issued legal notices to six platforms following a surge of reports of harmful content.
