When was the last time you played with a top? If you’re anything like me, it’s probably been more than a couple years. In fact, I can’t even remember the last time I held one in my hands. After all, it’s a kids’ toy. Or at least, that’s what I thought until last weekend, I came face-to-face with a massive top that I couldn’t even pick up off the ground.
I’m Andrew Ryan and in today’s Ear to the Ground, we visit a little town in northern Taiwan where they’ve got a Guinness world record for spinning a top almost as heavy as me.
