I'm Matt. Originally from Toronto, Canada, I moved to Dallas with my two girls (Maddi 7 and Luci 4) from the Dominican Republic in 2015.
In March 2018, I married the beautiful Jennifer Greer and our families joined to make a family of 7! (We have five girls! Yes, you heard me right!)
I spent 7 years building my nonprofit which grew to 3 countries and 250+ local leaders, to whom I educated and empowered with principles of leadership. I also founded an orphanage on the East Coast of India, which was birthed out of the tragedy of losing my oldest daughter, Azlynn, in a car accident. Those orphans are like family to me!
