Now for those of you that missed it, I started this series off with a whole episode on how to approach your electric guitar and how to get the most out of your time by dividing your practicing up into eight different sections. Those sections were warmups, scale routines, new material, setlist, technique, knowledge, ear training, and jamming. Today, starting with physicality, and solutions to pain management, and strength building for acoustic guitar players, let's face it, most of you have picked up an acoustic guitar at one time or another in your life, and it didn't feel very good. Now this can be due to a number of factors.
