The future of our industry and planet will rest on their ability to lead the world with confidence and successfully navigate the challenges coming their way. Equipping them with the right skills for a future fraught with obstacles, and passing on the knowledge, tools and expertise to develop self-leadership will be central to empowering our youth and shape a more successful tomorrow.
