Shahzeeb and Andreas try a new experiment. Two episodes released the same day, both on executives transitions, one in English the other in German.

He is not only a former colleague of Andreas, he is also a certified Coach, specialised on the this very topic. And, lately his book „Mastering the Executive Transition“ has become an Amazon International Best Seller.

The three talk about theory and own experiences of transitions into new jobs and new companies. Navid shares some risks and priorities you should consider, based on a lot of evidence, including his own experience. They discuss the various layers of transitions, and how to best handle some of the them while mitigating the risks.
