Ron met Nick at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando where he basically had himself a full day, on-the-job interview with the coaches and talent. Having never announced before, Nick got to ring announce three matches at an NXT Live Event, including a Women's Championship match between Bayley and Alexa Bliss.
