Over the top but good

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

It depends on the friend. Kat is so unfiltered it may be a bit much for some people

What would have made this romance irresistible?

I dont know if I would call this a romance. It was more about Kat's relationships with her family and friends. The interactions she had with potential "love interests" were not that romantic.

I couldn't imagine anyone else doing the narration for this book except Ramona Master. She did a great job with this one. I was really into this book that I had to pick up the next one in the duet. I wanted to wait and see if it was on audio because that's how good the narrator is but I just had to know what happened next. It ends on a cliffhanger but I would still recommend this book.

Great read

Match This! By MJ Fields was a great twist on a love story. Kats mother forces her to start online dating. I loved this book and cant wait to read more of Kats story.

Funny and a bit crass - I loved it! I can't wait to get book 2!

Not my cop of tea - could be yours?

I'm a bit crass. Unrefined. No issues with the language in this book. I thought I would connect with the main character, but I only found her annoying, frustrating, and I rolled my eyes through the entire first half (the second half of which I did not listen to, because I found that, even half way through, I just didn't care enough about the characters to care what happened to them). I didn't laugh once. I realize that sounds harsh, but this book and I just didn't click.

Very Entertaining "Don't Give a Sh*t" Story

I was provided this audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator in exchange for an unbiased review via Audiobook Boom. This is only my second experience with Ramona Master as a narrator and my first experience with MJ Fields as a writer (although I do have all her audiobooks in my wishlist as they sound very interesting). They both knocked it out of the park with this very entertaining listen. MJ Fields does a great job creating the character, Kat, and Ramona Master does an excellent job bringing her "don't give a sh*t" attitude.
