Mathew writes a little abstract. "It kind of comes from the subconscious, an idea will pop up,  a turn of phrase that you say." 

In this song Mathew focuses on the reason for living.  "To grow old. That was the impetus to the song which I felt embodied kind of, a live in the present moment kind of thing."
