We understand that Hospitality is core to living the Christian life, but there are many barriers to expressing hospitality. Another significant barrier to hospitality is apathy. When we become too self-focused in life, it is easy for us to lack compassion for others, thereby being apathetic. As we look at Jesus' life in Matthew 9, let us learn what it means to have compassion for others.
