Governor Matt Bevin talked about the possibility of Toyota expanding in the Commonwealth. He also discussed the assessment of his Jefferson County home, Kentucky's pension system and his intent not to raise taxes to re-fund it, a special legislative session to address reform of the tax code, and a revised Medicaid system.
