His expertise lies in career development, impactful sales training, and customer training and support. At Side, Inc., he developed tailored materials for new hire orientation, conducted high-value agent sessions, and managed the Learning Management System, showcasing his commitment to fostering growth and development.

In his previous role as a Technology Training Specialist at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Conroy designed comprehensive training programs for new agents, facilitated a seamless transition to remote work, and managed training logistics, ensuring that employees were equipped with the tools they needed to succeed.
