Matt Davies is the newly appointed head coach of Scotland's biggest American football team, the East Kilbride Pirates. Having played for the club himself as an offensive lineman, he has previously held coaching roles for the Pirates, as well as the British national team. A well respected name in the Britball game, he shares invaluable insights on not only the British game and the NFL, but in leadership as a whole.
