Matt Gaetz is on a mission to cause nothing but chaos for Republicans. After he successfully got Kevin McCarthy removed as Speaker of the House, Republican Representative Patrick McHenry became the temporary Speaker. McHenry then sent everyone home for the rest of the week, and this made Gaetz furious, so he's now attacking the temporary speaker. There's nothing that will make Gaetz happy at this point, and Republicans need to step up their attacks on him before he does something else to hurt them.

Also, in the past week, Rudy Giuliani has seen two of his lawyers leave his team as he prepares for trial in Georgia, and he is now left without any local counsel in Fulton County. The lawyers that left weren't even with the team for very long, but their departure creates a serious sense of urgency for Giuliani - and it may serve as a major red flag for any lawyers considering taking Giuliani on as a client (that along with the fact that he can't seem to pay his legal fees, according to reports.) 

And finally, the fraud trial in New York has made Donald Trump's life so much worse, and it produced the one thing that he has lived in fear of for most of his life. This week, Forbes announced that Donald Trump was no longer on their list of wealthiest Americans, due largely to the verdict handed down last week before the fraud trial started. This massive ego blow is what Trump feared the most, and now it is a reality.
