After playing for Tottenham Hotspur, Cardiff City, Hayes and Havant and Waterlooville, Gray's playing career was curtailed by injury. At a young age he then became assistant manager for Crawley and Aldershot, before taking the reins at Sutton United in 2019. Now a hot managerial prospect with a team very much on the up, we caught up with the U's gaffer to talk about his team's chances of reaching the play-offs.
