On Episode 80 I sit down with Matt O'Keefe. Matt is a former insurance salesman who found CrossFit and started Redline Gear. Matt went on to become the agent for some of the fittest people on Earth including Mat Fraser, Tia-Clair Toomey, and Katrin Davidsdottir. Matt is also the President of Loud and Live Sports.
