Maine Baseball Hall of Fame inductee and longtime coach Matt Rogers joins Michael and Tim to discuss his recently released book, "The Recipe for Being a Great Coach-It's More than Wins and Losses." Matt reflects on his athletic and coaching career, being a host family for numerous Portland Sea Dogs players and what he hopes to impart by writing a book about his experiences.
