In 2020, Matt Rossie was named Webcor's new Chief Operating Officer, joining the company's four-person board of directors. That's quite an achievement for someone who had no general contracting experience when he joined the company, where he planned to stay only long enough to satisfy a non-compete agreement from his previous employer, where he was a partner on the client side of construction.
